Send invoice as email attachment

A new feature has been added to the pro version. This feature provides the user the option to send an email using a template and attached the invoice as a PDF file.
Create an invoice as normal then click the email button then from the dialog locate the email template. Once the template has been selected click email to send your email.
Grid reservation display option

Reservations are displayed from the start of arrival date to the departure date. There are two options to how reservations are displayed.
1. From the start of arrival date to the departure date
2. From the start of the arrival date and time to the departure date and time
These setting can be change from configuration / screen setting tick or un-tick “Show arrival time” default arrival time entered in preference tab will be used. If the show arrival time is ticked then Reservations are drawn from the arrival time showing a more realistic representation.
Using the Layout view

The layout view is there for the user to display their property layout. It is most useful for Campground as to indicate which sites are occupied. To enable the layout view takes the following steps
1. Create you map. This could be a scan of you site and make sure it matches you screen size say 800 x 600 pixels saved as BMP or JPG file format.
2. Open configuration from the file menu then select the screen settings tab
3. Click the select Back ground file button and locate the file you created
4. After saving you will note that the Layout view tab is now enabled and if selected you will see a number of markers on the left hand side. The size of these markers can be adjusted from the screen setting.
5. Click the unlock button to unlock the screen now you can move markers to the correct location.
6. You can edit and generate invoices by selecting the relevant marker.
Difference between standard and pro version

Reservation master pro has the following extra options
1. Calendar view tab which provide you with an overall occupancy for the selected year.
2. Create HTML web site with displaying your occupancy data.
3. Product tab here you can easily maintain and create product reports
4. Additional options are available to maintain and control product sales and inventory
5. Layout view which is activated when you select your floor plan / campground layout (BMP,JPG file)
6. SQL query tab from here you can create your own SQL query (Advance user only)
7. Use user and security to restrict access to certain portion of the program.
8. The ability to send an email with the invoice as an PDF attachment.
