We have been running Reservation Master since we took over our motel in early 2007.

Originally a pad and pencil based booking system we needed to find a system that would be very versatile and powerful yet easy and simple enough for us to both use.

We looked at many commercial products that ranged in the thousands of dollars yet all seemed extremely complicated and had features that we would never use.

We came across Reservation Master from an internet search and found the price and simplicity to be brilliant.

We have never looked back and have also upgraded to new versions as they just get better and better.

Martien is very approachable should there ever be an issue and he has incorporated a number of suggestions from his users.

I would highly recommend this product to motels / guest houses of all sizes and you don't have to be a computer genius to work it.

I recommend that you download the trial version and have a play, it certainly made up our mind being able to do this.

We look forward to future updates and changes to enhance this package.

I am Martinus Brevoort (Martien), Dutch from origin but currently a proud New Zealand citizen.

After moving to New Zealand I bought a small but cosy Motel complex in Christchurch the Garden City of Zealand and operated this motel as a husband and wife team.

During this period I soon noted that keeping track of reservation was not as easy as it sound.

Having a small Motel also meant that maximizing the occupancy is the key to success.

Keeping track of reservation manually soon led to mistakes and lost revenue.

So first I look at the available reservation software in the market and realized that this was quite costly most software in those day would cost over $5000,- not to mention the fact to you had to enter a maintenance agreement etc.

So I decided to use my programming skills and Reservation Master was born.

Today I am sharing my experience as a Motel owner and programmer trough the Reservation Master.
