Update 2-May-2011

1. Group reservation has now the option to calculate rates based on actual room rate rather than the group leaders room rate providing in total 3 possibilities Using group leaders rates, Using a per person rate and Using actual room rate of each individual room. To select these rates the user will need to tick the corresponding check boxes.
2. An option has been added to price a room without the need to create a new reservation, Select this option from the popup menu, enter details (use click and drag option) and click the invoice button to generate an invoice. Reservation details and the invoice will not be saved using this option. You can however select the accept button to accept and finalize the reservation.
3. An option has been added in configuration / invoice to auto save the invoice when printing or previewing the invoice
4. File menu items “Save data base as…” and “Open data base” has been change to more clearly define the function (As the program is a data base program the data does not have to be saved every time the user make changes)

    The purpose of this function is to quickly check what the room rate and invoice total will be, so click on the invoice and you will be provided with the invoice total. Close the invoice and the room total will be transfer to the price room dialog.
